  • Yes, free parking right in the driveway with room for two cars. No permits, no street-parking hassle.

  • A quiet residential street in Saint Augustine, about 15 minutes from the beach and Anastasia State Park, and under 10 from the historic district. We'll send the full address and directions once you book.

  • Lots. A game room with ping pong and arcade games, a fire pit and cornhole out back, plus a pack-n-play, kids' toys, and games inside. We've set the place up so families don't have to pack the whole house.

  • Yes. Full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook a real meal. Coffee lovers get both a K-cup machine and a drip maker.

  • Everything's provided, fresh and ready. Linens, towels, and starter supplies so you can settle in the minute you walk through the door.

Within 7 days of check-in, we're not able to offer a refund since we've likely turned away other guests by then. Booking last-minute? Reach out and we'll talk it through.
